Wal-Mart is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Bentonville, AR. Job duties incl but not limited to driving tchncl product discovery & project mgmt process by collaborating w/ Bus., User Exp, & Eng'g Teams during discovery to assess value, usability & feasibility of product features. Bachelor's or equiv in CS, IT, Eng'g or rel. fld + 4 yrs of exp in product mgmt or rel. exp; OR 6 yrs of exp in product mgmt or rel. exp. Skills req'd incl but not limited to exp w/: Dvlp'g product roadmaps based on user inputs to support co's goals, using MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, &/or Confluence Page; Identifying enhancements through user feedback, analysis, & leveraging lessons learned from prior experiences &/or other teams; Working w/ cross-functional teams to evaluate req'mts & dependencies to integrate systs, doc progress, & achieve bus. team's desired results, using Confluence page, MS Excel, &/or Zoom video recording.
