Position title: IT Coordinator, Software Licensing

The IT Coordinator, Software Licensing within the Division of Information Technology (DIT) is responsible for assisting in the administration of software licensing activities. This position is also responsible for managing and evaluating the performance of students engaged in order processing, customer service, and day-to-day office duties; ensuring a productive and professional environment for student staff; and delivering excellent customer service.
Minimum qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 year’s experience working in software licensing, contract management, customer service within an IT area and/or procurement
  • Minimum 2 years experience with a software distribution system.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must work effectively with vendors and customers, and have demonstrated ability to work in sensitive situations.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines

 

Preferences

  • Experience managing students
  • Experience working in higher education, especially in software licensing
  • Experience working with procurement
  • Experience with billing and other financial actions

Salary range:  $60,000s
