DUTIES: This a technical position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the
R-H Help Desk.
This is a provisional Civil Service appointment
SALARY: $18.48 - $37.63 per hour plus full-time benefits per RHEA, Coalition
Unit, Administrative Support Professionals Chapter.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must currently hold the Civil Service title of Help Desk Manager OR be reachable for appointment from the current Civil Service Help Desk Manager list of eligible, OR High School diploma plus Bachelor's degree in a computer science field, OR Associate's degree in a computer science field plus two years of experience in systems support or help desk operations, OR four years of experience in systems support or Help Desk Operations. Must be a Monroe County resident.
