Entry-Level Helpdesk Technician
Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, is seeking a self-motivated, proactive individual to work in our Information Technology department. The person selected for this position will be working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include assisting employees with technical support; building computers; updating software; and troubleshooting technical issues. This position will require travel which may include some overnight stays.
The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following:
- Working in an IT helpdesk role
- providing technical support via remote assistance tools, instant messaging and phone in a multi-site organization
- Microsoft 365 (Windows, Office 365, and Enterprise Mobility Suite)
- IT related coursework
- Hardware and networking equipment
- Working in the Engineering/Architecture industry
