Reqs: Bchlr’s dgree or equiv in CompSci or reltd quanttatv fld & 5 yrs exp in cstmr anlytcs, eComm anlytcs, & site anlytcs in retail &/or CPG industry OR Mstr’s dgree CompSci or reltd quanttatv fld & 5 yrs exp in cstmr anlytcs, eComm anlytcs, & site anlytcs in retail &/or CPG industry. Prior exp must incld 3 yrs: lvrgng adv anlytcs & machn lrnng solutns to hlp clnts addrs strtgc, tactcl, & oprat’l busns probs; prdictv modlng, data minng, segmntatn on lrg data sets; manipulating/queryng data in big data platfrms (Teradata, DB2, and SQL server); & engaging w/client stakhldrs to dvlp anlytcl solutns. Prior exp must incld 2 yrs: cloud platfrms (Azure Databricks &/or Google Big Query) to implmnt anlytcl/statstcl technqs on cntralizd data; dvlpng ETL automtn solutns using Alteryx & data visualztn solutns usng Tableau, PowerBI; prjct mgmt, resrc allocatn, team mgmt & client rel mgmt; client engagmt thru “onsit offshr” modl; dvlpng machn learnng modls using Python or R; & advncd statstcl technqs & concpts (modl selctn & hypothss testng, statstcl infrnc, etc.) & exp w/real-wrld apps.
