DATA ANALYST
Interpace Biosciences (IDXG) is a dynamic and growing leader in the life sciences industry, providing complex molecular
analysis for the early diagnosis and treatment of cancer. This position is based at our laboratory in Pittsburgh, PA.
It is responsible for supporting the business sponsors (quality, finance, sales, research, management, etc) by designing,
developing and maintaining dashboards and reports. The Data Analyst will utilize advanced techniques to identify and track trends and work directly with the end users to determine how these trends can be used to improve the business. The
position also will work as part of the software development team to source data and ensure the quality of data and reports. It will work within our existing tech stack as well as provide direction for the introduction of new technologies. In addition to providing the business with accurate and relevant data the data analyst will also provide statistical and analytical support to decisionmakers.
Essential duties include:
Work effectively with the Business Users to develop KPIs,
define reports, understand trends and optimize analytical
processes to provide keen insights and support sound decisions.
Properly define, document and test the quality of all reports published to the business.
Work effectively with the IT Infrastructure and Software
Development teams to ensure the Data Analytics platform has the required resources to be successful.
It requires a B.S. in Data Analytics & one year experience in Data Analytics. Must be proficient with MySQL, Python, Power BI.
