Senior Systems Administrator (multiple positions): Responsible for design, analysis, configuration, administration, deployment, support, and monitoring of complex enterprise technology infrastructure supporting the organization; including Tidal Enterprise Scheduler, Managed file transfers, Informatica Data Governance applications, and UNIX/Linux systems. Responsible for technical training/ support to stakeholders related to functionality, processes, policies, and procedures. Collaborates with cross functional teams to administer enterprise solutions with focus on security, extensibility, performance, and maintainability. Contribute to the governance, oversight, and orchestration of scoping and delivery of high performing enterprise technology solutions (virtual machines, operating systems, physical hardware, etc.) Serve as senior technical expert on emerging technologies, proofing of concept platform services, analyzing potential value to the business, and influencing cross functional teams REQ: Bachelor’s degree or foreign educational equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, or Computer) and minimum 5 years of experience in IT systems administration including experience in UNIX/ Linux environment.
BI Architect (multiple positions): Architect entire BI platform to align with new Datawarehouse modernization and its associated activities, including capacity planning, upgrades, administration,
and security design, scheduling design, cube design, design and development of executive dashboards, data mart access design, and advanced analytics in accordance with industry best practices. REQ: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Technology or closely related field of study and 5 years of design and build experience using Cognos platforms, including framework modeling, Cognos Administrator, security design, data mart modeling, understanding of ETL, performance tuning, and dashboard and report design and development. 1 year of the 5 required years of experience must include relational and dimensional data modeling, Cognos Framework Manager, and advanced schedulers such as Tidal, installation, patching, failover, disaster recovery, and troubleshooting. IBM certification as a Designer or Developer in Cognos 10/11 BI Metadata Models, Cognos 10/11 BI Reports, and/ or Cognos Framework modeling 10/11 is preferred.
Data Architect I (multiple positions): Define data architecture specifications, standards, tools, models, and processes to meet current and future data requirements of the bank. Collaborate with solution architects, data modelers, business intelligence and other senior developers to optimize database performance, data access, query and streamline, integration of data and analysis strategies. Evaluate various tools, data resources, new technologies and features. Serve as an expert in design and development of data related initiatives. REQ: Bachelor’s Degree or foreign educational equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering (Computer, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical) and 8 years of experience in data management architecture. 5 years of the 8 required years of experience must include managing significant data architecture projects, building, and validating data models and BI applications/architecture.
Lead IT Delivery Manager: Lead a project team through implementation of highly complex, large-scale, strategic IT and business corporate initiatives. Plan, direct and coordinate activities
of departmental technology projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed timeframes and funding parameters. Overall responsibility for
planning, directing, and coordinating activities pertaining to technology projects that may span
multiple business units or the entire enterprise. REQ: Bachelor’s degree or foreign educational equivalent in Computer or Data Science, Information Technology, or Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, or Computer) and minimum 10 years of experience in the software development process, including requirement gathering, analysis/design, development tools/ technologies, release/version control, contemporary testing methodologies and deployment management. 5 years of the required 10 years must include experience managing moderate to large scale IT projects.
All positions report to Regional HQ in Troy, MI, with telecommuting from any location in the U.S. permitted. Travel to Regional HQ in Troy, MI on an as needed basis.
