The Department of Computer Science has 2 openings for the position of Assistant Professor in Computer Science. This position will:
  • Apply excellent written and verbal communication skills to establish an extramurally funded research program with a research focus that complements ongoing AUM research projects, which may include sustainable computing, application of machine learning and artificial intelligence within computational biology, and/or cyber security; collaborate with existing faculty on interdisciplinary research projects;
  • Teach both undergraduate and graduate courses in the field of computer science; and mentor students.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Computer Science or closely related field.
