Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Information Technology Support Specialist located in Little Rock, AR. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues with desktop computers, and providing help desk support. They will also assist with various information technology tasks and projects.

Qualifications: Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills. Desktop Computers knowledge and experience. Information Technology skills. Help Desk Support experience. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail. Experience with copier and printer equipment is a plus. CompTIA A+ certification or other relevant certifications are beneficial.
