Job Summary This position will provide consultation and service-related support on a broad range of information technologies and client services. The work is varied, in character, and involves latitude for unreviewed actions or decisions. The person in this position must possess and demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of IT concepts, practices, and procedures relating to endpoint and information security, computer hardware, software, networks, peripheral devices, mobile devices and operating systems. In addition, the position requires the ability to work effectively as part of a team that helps administrative departments utilize technology efficiently while complying with mandated information security initiatives. The successful candidate will possess high level technical skills, be articulate, self-motivated and a life-long learner.  

Minimum Qualifications The minimum qualifications for this position are a high school diploma or equivalent and five (5) years of relevant technical experience. Relevant technical experience includes: configuring, deploying, installing and troubleshooting current Windows and Mac operating systems; deploying and troubleshooting, commonly used software; supporting and troubleshooting Skype and One Drive; and configuring, troubleshooting and supporting mobile devices. A working knowledge of Windows deployment, Active Directory group policy management, and Windows server maintenance is required. Required knowledge/skills: Ability to communicate effectively inter-personally and in writing. Employer will consider advanced degrees in lieu of some required experience.
